| During the summer of 2007, PSI's web designer, Phil Riehl, used Adobe GoLive 9 to create and upload this website.
Phil has accumulated approximately 6 years of design experience. He lives in Salem with his wife Sierra and daughter, Azure. Phil plans to complete his education at Chemeketa Community College and continue at the Art Institute of Portland.
